Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit her gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her college studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took her first six years in competition to get her college diploma. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel uses her time efficiently. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
