Donald Joseph Qualls - better called DJ Qualls - is a model, actor, and producer from the US. He gained fame due to his roles on Road Trip he has since appeared in over 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. The actor has also been featured in more than 22 shows on television like Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and many more. Qualls has been diagnosed at age 14 with Hodgkin lymphoma is an incredibly tough fighter. Following two years of treatment the cancer was cured. The treatment was so early that it had a severe influence on the body and slowed his growth. Because he was a child of the poverty of his home, he longed to achieve financial stability. He was told by the interviewer that since he had lived so sparingly over a period of time I was in need of the financial security to feel confident and at ease. He also reflects on his childhood and hopes to do something about the issue of bullies. He says that cruelty breaks his heart. DJ's ideal job is play a father figure in reel as well as in actual life. But he says "Directors aren't casting me for the roles I'm in." For the foreseeable future, he hopes to become father to the child.
